Services

For bedding, you must bring fitted sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. Upon request, we can offer a complete kit for €12 per bed. For the fireplace, we can provide wood for €25 for the Edelweiss chalet and €20 for the Erable and Gentiane chalets. The cleaning and maintenance of the chalet and its surroundings are the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant will find the chalet clean and must leave it in the same condition. Before departure, the tenant is required to thoroughly clean the chalet or has the option to subscribe to the cleaning package offered by the owner for €75 for the Edelweiss chalet and €60 for the Erable and Gentiane chalets. If the cleaning package is not chosen, it implies that the cleaning will be done very well; otherwise, a participation fee of 50% to 100% of the package price will be charged. This cleaning option is mandatory if you have a pet.

Payment of the Rental

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of an initial deposit representing 25% of the total rental amount (cashed immediately). The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the stay. For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. For last-minute reservations, you will be asked to pay the full amount of your reservation online by credit card.

Cancellation Conditions

Any cancellation must be notified to the owner at least 15 days before the start of the stay. In this case, the deposit amount remains with the owner.
For any cancellation: Between the 15th and 8th day before the start of the stay, 50% of the stay price will be retained. Between the 7th and 2nd day before the start of the stay, 75% of the stay price will be retained. Less than 2 days before the start of the stay or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

Charges

The charges payable by the tenant are electricity consumption based on meter readings, a water and waste package of €15 for one week, and tourist taxes (€0.60/day/adult, €0.30/day/child aged 13 to 18, free for children under 13). These are collected by the lessor and paid directly to the tourist office.

General Condition and Security Deposit

By signing the rental agreement, the tenant undertakes to manage the chalet responsibly, optimizing energy consumption and using all materials and goods provided for their intended purpose.
The security deposit is 650 euros and will be paid on the first day of the stay by check made out to the owner. It will be returned by mail within eight days after departure, following a general inventory of fixtures.
Any damage will be immediately charged to the tenant, potentially after an estimate established by a company depending on the extent of the damage.
THE PREMISES ARE "NON-SMOKING". IF A CIGARETTE ODOR IS DETECTED, 100 EUROS WILL BE RETAINED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECK.

Pets

Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2. They must be declared to the owner. Throughout the stay, they are the responsibility of their owner, must not roam to neighbors' properties, and their excrement must be collected. The cleaning option is mandatory if you have a pet.

Occupancy

If the chalet's capacity is exceeded, the owner's prior agreement is mandatory. In case of non-compliance, the owner reserves the right to terminate this contract or to charge an additional fee per person.
